Far Eastern Jewelry

Far Eastern societies considered Jade Heaven sent and even believed that consuming this precious substance made immortality possible. With the emergence of Buddhism Jade beads became a very popular item in jewelry making. Chinese poets called Jade the "concentrated essence of Love" and to this day Jade is given as a symbol of pure loyalty and eternal love. Pink coral from the cool waters of the Far East is considered to bring love into our life and increase the wearers sensitivity and compassion. This pure pink gift of the sea is worn as a symbol of enduring love.
